- Go to www.etrade.com
- Then click on *OPEN AN ACCOUNT
- Next click on ALL ACCOUNTS tab
- Go to GLOBAL TRADING and click on Apply (you will see a 3 STEP GUIDE)
- Click on GET STARTED button.

- FREE E*TRADE Complete Debit Card Yes

- You will finally receive an E-Trade Account Number.
- Now finally you must activate Your Global Trading Account
- Log on to your account at www.etrade.com
- Under the Trading & Portfolios tab, click Global Trading
- Click on Open a Global Trading Account located above the right side bar
- Click on Activate My Global Trading Account and complete the online form on the following page.
